These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Weight Loss Mumbai (referred to as “the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment, making a payment, enrolling in a treatment course, or receiving any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Clinic provides non-surgical weight loss, body contouring, and aesthetic treatments, including consultations and doctor-prescribed weight loss injections or medicines where clinically appropriate.

1.2 All medical and prescription-based services are provided only following consultation and assessment by a qualified medical practitioner.

1.3 Services are not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care.

2. Appointments and Deposits

2.1 All appointments must be booked in advance through authorised booking channels.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit of ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Indian Rupees) is required to secure any appointment unless stated otherwise in writing.

2.3 Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the client once booked.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the ₹5,000 deposit.

3.3 Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in loss of the deposit with no refund or credit.

3.4 Cancellations must be made directly with the clinic via authorised communication channels. Voicemail, social media messages, or third-party platforms are not considered valid notice.

3.5 Late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment at the clinic’s discretion, with the deposit retained.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

4.1 The remaining balance must be paid in full before treatment commences.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, card, UPI, and other approved digital payment systems.

4.3 All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

4.4 If a qualified medical practitioner determines that a client is clinically unsuitable for a treatment, the clinic may, at its discretion, offer:

An alternative suitable treatment of equivalent value, or

A credit toward another service

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for treatment courses.

5. Treatment Courses and Packages – No Refund Policy

5.1 All treatment courses and treatment packages (being pre-paid bundles or multi-session treatment programmes) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.2 A treatment course includes:

Multi-session treatment plans

Discounted or bundled packages

Any pre-paid series of treatments

5.3 Once a treatment course has been:

Purchased (in full or part), or

Any session has been booked or commenced

no refunds, partial refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.

5.4 This applies regardless of:

Change of mind

Missed sessions

Incomplete use

Dissatisfaction with results

Change in personal circumstances

Medical reasons arising after commencement

5.5 Treatment courses are priced based on discounted session rates, reserved clinical time, and allocated practitioner and equipment availability.

5.6 Where continuation of a course is deemed clinically inadvisable, the clinic may, at its sole discretion:

Substitute an alternative suitable treatment, or

Pause the course

Unused sessions have no cash value and are not refundable.

6. Medical Consultation and Prescription Treatments

6.1 Prescription-based treatments, including weight loss injections or medicines, are issued only after medical consultation and clinical assessment.

6.2 Prescriptions are patient-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable once issued or dispensed.

6.3 Treatment may be refused or discontinued if:

Medical risk is identified

Information provided is incomplete or inaccurate

The client fails to comply with medical advice

7. Medical Disclosure and Client Responsibility

7.1 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical information, including existing conditions, medications, allergies, and lifestyle factors.

7.2 The clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from non-disclosure or misrepresentation.

8. Results Disclaimer

8.1 All treatments are non-surgical.

8.2 Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals.

8.3 Weight loss, inch loss, and body contouring outcomes depend on medical history, metabolism, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

9. Aftercare Responsibility

9.1 Clients must follow all post-treatment and medication instructions provided.

9.2 Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results or increase risk, for which the clinic accepts no liability.

10. Before and After Photography Consent

10.1 The clinic may take before and after photographs or videos for medical records, treatment assessment, and quality control.

10.2 Separate written consent will be obtained for any use of images for marketing or promotional purposes.

10.3 Marketing consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time without affecting treatment.

11. Vouchers, Promotions, and Offers

11.1 All vouchers, promotional offers, and discounted services are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable

Subject to stated expiry dates

11.2 Missed appointments result in loss of the session or voucher.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or business.

12.2 The clinic is not responsible for outcomes resulting from:

Undisclosed medical conditions

Non-compliance with medical or aftercare advice

External factors beyond its control

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, as required under Indian law.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

13.1 Client data is stored securely and used only for medical records, appointment management, and client communication.

13.2 Data is handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

14. Force Majeure

14.1 The clinic is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or medical emergencies.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

15.2 The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.

16. Acceptance of Terms

16.1 By booking, paying, enrolling in a treatment course, or receiving treatment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
